Our Commitments under US Law & EU GDPR
We maintain a robust security and privacy program that carefully considers data protection matters. Our websites are subject to applicable state and federal laws including regulations of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). If applicable, we will comply with the General Data Protection Requirements (GDPR) for adequate protection in the transfer of personal information from the EU to a third country. We transact business with clients operating throughout the world, and we have communications that cross borders.
